My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I am happy with my purchase as it was easily installed in about ten minutes as replacement for the old one. Be sure and note that this unit is for the heater ONLY, no additional hardware, hoses, dispenser, etc. It was what I needed; be sure that is all you need.
I ordered a replacement Insinkerator "Instant Hot" electric boiler for the kitchen sink. Carroll's price was the best online - cheaper than Amazon even with paying shipping. The order was shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. I would order from Carroll Parts again without and hesitation.
Generally a very good transaction. The website is excellent and even had an install video. The selection of OEM equipment is great and so is the pricing. My only complaint is that shipping costs were higher than I expected, but it was FedEx so I thought that was OK. It came USPS….
