Carlson Glass & Mirror

Update: I’d like to update my previous review for Carlson Glass and Mirror. The repair took quite a while—two weeks for a small mirror—but the quality of the work and the price were absolutely amazing. I really appreciate this small business for their excellent craftsmanship. However, I believe they could speed up the process, and I would have been willing to pay extra for faster service. Overall, my experience was good, aside from the lengthy turnaround time.

Buyer beware!!! We hired CG to rehang a shower -VIGO ELAN ADJUSTABLE FRAMELESS SLIDING SHOWER - door which they quoted on and rehung with no issues. The double panel door never stayed shut requiring adjustments at every use. The caulking is unprofessional with mold now growing on it. Due to a major health issue we were unable to follow up on this issue - immediately-but once we recontacted the company we were told that they don’t work with that “brand” of door and refused to fix the issue. Additionally they threw in that “too much time had lapsed” for them to warranty the work. The owner took days to follow up and was rude insinuating that the door was cheap. It was $2k.

Horrible workers this man blocked the alley and when I honked he proceeded to yell and scream at me. I’m just happy my windows were up because I had 3 small children in the car. I could tell the way he turned red in the what he was yelling was super unprofessional. You would think for someone illegally parked they would not feel so entitled and would just move. Your response could not be further from the truth. I tapped on my horn while the same man was standing in the doorway after he saw me sitting there for 5 minutes. Who decided to yell like he lost his mind while I had my kids in the car. That ally does not belong to you as I always park there when I go to 302. It’s insane that I need to get out my car and politely ask you to move when you see me right there but you wanted to finish your conversation. I only started honking continuously when you got all red in the face from yelling.

I've been using Carlson glass for a decade. Everything from our shower enclosure, screens being recovered to having them repair an existing sliding door that was always finicky until they found the latching system wasnt property installed 20 yrs ago by the previous owner. Highly recommended
