I originally chose Seth Brady because of his user friendly and professional website. Although I have had few subsequent computer problems, he is always available to help. For what he recently considered a "small" fix, he took care of for free. I've now purchased his Carbonite service for $100 annually. This will backup my files, giving me extra peace of mind. Regardless of your expertise or amount of time spent on the computer, I would highly recommend Seth. His ability to troubleshoot and correct issues is exceeded only by his professionalism.

I was in the midst of creating a photo montage for my Mom’s memorial service when my laptop crashed. I brought it to a major chain whose squad of geeks told me that there was no reviving it but that they would extract the files for me and load them onto the new laptop they tried to sell to me. When I came back to pick everything up, they insisted that they were unable to salvage any files on my laptop. My heart sank - I left with my laptop and searched for a repair shop for a second opinion. With my Mom’s memorial service just a day away, I found Seth Brady from a Google search in my area and not only did he retrieve the hundreds of pictures in the montage, he totally revived my laptop…all at a rush pace that solved my dilemma within a couple of hours. This was almost a year ago and it’s still working like a charm. Thank you, Seth, not only for your excellent service but also for your compassion in a difficult and stressful situation. Its always refreshing when you meet a true professional practicing their trade. After exhausting all my efforts to resolve a computer issue, Seth was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolved it most efficiently. In addition I found Seth to be pleasant, very patient and clearly explained the process he used to resolve the issue. Seth Brady's company is excellent and I would recommend his services to anyone with computer issues.

I needed to bring a gaming PC back to life. It showed signs of having taken a power hit. The hard drives, power supply and graphics card were replaced, but it would only partially boot up before shutting itself down. Seth identified and fixed a poorly mounted heat sink on the CPU, replaced two dead data cables, reconnected the system fans and even took the time to reinstall Windows to confirm everything was operating correctly. I was very pleased with his expertise and willingness to work very late into the evening to help me out. His rates are reasonable and well worth the service. You can't go wrong here. Seth seems like a great person who enjoys helping others and genuinely loves what he does. The next time I need help with a computer, I'll definitely use Brady's Computer Services again.
