Not a good experience...at all. They had our truck for 7 months ....we were told no less than 4 times they had either ordered the wrong part or the part was due in "next week". We finally get the truck back and begin going over it in the driveway. Paint was over sprayed onto the tires and inside the wheel wells, vehicle trim emblems have been removed and the leftover adhesive was then painted over when they attempted to blend paint onto the door. The emblems were not reinstalled either. Then we discovered that the door panels and trim had not been installed correctly, The front door trim screws were loose The rear door trim only had one of five fasteners holding it in. I think my biggest gripe was that this"part" we were on hold for for so very very long doesn't appear to have been replaced at all. As a matter of fact I can't find any place where welding or replacement took place other than where they had welded shut the holes underneath the runner panel where the step bars have been torn off. Overall just a very very very poor service. I would never recommend these people to anybody.

Bad reviews made me worry, but they performed a really difficult repair on my suv in less than two weeks. Front end looked totaled and they managed to make it look brand new again. The owner is very kind and understanding, he took the time to hear out our situation (stranded in alamogordo with a wrecked older model car, extremely far from home) and he acted as quickly as he could to obtain our difficult to find parts. Really appreciative of the whole team who works here and the great job they did.

My car is still in the shop after 3 months, with zero calls to update. I have shown up in person at least once a week to get updates, since they never answer the provided number. After several promises to "get it out by the end of the week", only to find that they don't show up on Fridays, I'm completely dissatisfied. Ill stick to doing my own work, as I usually do.
