Poor Iftar experience. Low class. Dirty tables and chairs. Single persons sitting in family hall in groups which should never be allowed. Persons from Singles Hall coming over to family side to fill their plates. Unclean atmosphere. Wastage of time. Food quality: average Variety: average

I love it .on every vacation i eat mostly dinner in black gold.staff is good.quality is ok.but the prices of the salad and additional things are too high.our mostly food bill is around 5k but when include salad and raita its aproach 8k.its very cheap thing which is hapening in black gold

I visited black gold restaurant for the 1st time and had a nice experience. Specially staff was so active and cooperative. Received our order on time.. overall good experience. Prices are economical as compared to other restaurants👍

I recently visited Black Gold Restaurant and tried their chicken steak for dinner. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. While the presentation was okay, the steak lacked proper marination and flavour. I’d rate this particular dish 6/10. That said, this wasn’t my first time here. During winter, I had the chance to try their Pakistani food – soup, Karahi, and seekh kabab – and those were absolutely fantastic. That meal definitely deserved a 9/10. Suggestion: The restaurant should consider improving their continental menu (like steaks), as their Pakistani cuisine is clearly much better. Ambiance: The overall ambiance is very nice and comfortable. However, a small suggestion for the management – please consider changing or cleaning the black chairs, as they looked dirty and a bit worn out. (Pictures attached.) Overall Experience: Good, but some room for improvement.

I had a disappointing experience with my first order, but the customer support team at B&G really listened to my feedback. Their manager quickly sent me a replacement pizza with an apology note, and this time it was delicious—fresh, generous toppings, and just the right crust. I appreciate how they handled my complaint and made things right. Thank you for the great service!
