The final step in our recent bathroom renovation was to install a glass swinging shower door. Our bathroom renovation contractor recommended Berkeley Glass. So I called and spoke with Berkeley Glass Sales Manager Strother. Strother visited our home, measured our shower, and provided a reasonable estimate. He was also very patient and understanding, since we had to delay glass installation for several weeks until the tile installer completed the shower ceiling. Finally the Berkeley Glass installer team of Savion and his assistant Dustin did a magnificent job installing our new glass swinging shower door in about 3 hours. We bought an A-frame cabin with beautiful windows, but the seal had failed on one at the top. It was large, an irregular shape, and really high off the ground, so I was shocked when Berkeley Glass gave us a really reasonable quote to replace the pane. It was fabricated and installed in about 2-3 weeks, and the team was in constant communication with us. If that doesn't already deserve 5 stars, I was admittedly a PITA customer after the install, questioning if things had been properly caulked etc because we had an influx of bugs and another contractor blamed the window install. My rep was patient with me, escalated to a supervisor who was also kind and took time to explain the work that had been done, and even came out personally to inspect the work himself. Very professional from start to finish!

Very professional, very great product. I needed 2 glass shelves for my stand up case for my collectable and they manufactured them within days of me ordering. It was a custom job and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with how they turned out.
