We had a pipe leak in our laundry room and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Our technician, Ira Miller, was fantastic. Punctuality: Ira arrived right on schedule. Much appreciated! He diagnosed the issue immediately and had the pipe repaired much faster than I expected. Once the job was done, he made sure the workspace was spotless. You’d never even know a repair had taken place! We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any future needs. Israel did an outstanding job! He was professional and explained everything clearly. He also showed up with a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend him.
Chris gave expert service in installing a new reverse osmosis system. He went above and beyond in obtaining the correct connector for the RO system to the ice machine in the freezer. He and his apprentice Cody were also very neat in cleaning up after the installation.
