Ben Schreiner Concrete Construction Co., LLC

I had heard nothing but great things about Ben Schreiner Concrete so I got a couple bids from a few places to make sure I was doing my homework. Met with Matt at my house for the back patio I was looking to get concrete poured for. (40ft x 10ft) Matt was definitely the most professional and reasonable bid so that's the route I went. Gave me about a month before the could start. Never heard anything back. Talked with them said they were backlogged, waited about 6 months begging them to start my job. Finally they did. Looked great at first. Well it already has several large cracks that I'm going to have to fix and I believe it is about 9 months old. Looks worse than my driveway that has two SUVs drive all over it and is 6 years old. They don't want small jobs and they make that clear. If that's the case be honest with your customers and upfront. Don't keep going after the big jobs and stringing along the small ones. Again, be honest and do it right. Highly disappointed and will most likely have to replace next year.

I has water getting into my basement. They came out and gave a bid. It took them 6 months from when we signed the contract for them to start the job. 6 months later my basement is still leaking. All they do is keep bringing more dirt. Now they say they may need to do some more work inside. There is no dirt under the patio in that same area but “ that isn’t the problem”. So now we have to hire someone to come mudjack along the other wall. Do not hire them!

I had a wing wall on my basement fall. Matt came out and gave me a quote. I excepted the quote. Within a months time the job was completed. I was very happy with their crew and the job done.

Hired them to reinforce my basement walls. They did a good job, thank you.

They did some great work for me a few months ago pouring some concrete footings. They showed up promptly with a good attitude and answered all my questions. They didn't leave a mess and the work looks good. I'd use them again for my current project but they are booked up for the year! It's amazing what a good attitude, being punctual, and doing good work does for your business.
