B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

We had B&B come out earlier this year for our cooling inspection as well as a tankless water heater flush. They just came by to do our fall heating inspection and we felt like it was a good time to leave a review. We were fortunate to have Eric L. and Joseph stop by for our heating inspection. I had called to schedule this and they so happened to have these two techs near by and so they got here in about 15 minutes which was pleasant! They arrived clean, professional and ready to go and were polite when speaking to. They got started and about 20-30 minutes later, had finished up their inspection. Our system didn’t need much and overall is in a good spot for now. They gave me a review of things they checked and overall how the system was doing. They included a suggestion both verbally and through email but in no way made it feel salesy or the feeling of any pressure, just more of a if you’re interested in anything else, this may help kinda thing. Overall we’re very pleased with our experiences with B&B and the techs they have had come to visit our home. If you’re looking for someone to inspect your home’s system or possibly other things like the water heater and not just try and sell you something, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call. I cannot tell you how amazing B&B is! My system was originally installed by Cumberland valley in Hagerstown. The heat in my system that cost 30k never worked well. They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. The technician spent so much time diagnosing my system. I finally had answers. They honored my Trane warranty and were so prompt. They ordered by new parts (circuit board, thermostat, gas inlet valve) and installed perfectly. This is the first winter during bitter cold that the heat actually works! They are honest, fair priced and have AMAZING service. Thank you so so much B& B. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your service.

Cole and Noah installed a humidifier and performed our winter ck on our Heating sysyem. They worked so quietly, hardly knew they were there. We are happy w their work and will request for them in the future.
