The service man that came to my house was very nice! He got here a half an hour early, which is always appreciated. He sent me a note before he even left the other house to let me know he was on his way. We had a very nice conversation while he was cleaning and looking at my furnace. He also enjoyed my cat and dog when he came in, that always makes me happy when my animals like someone that comes into our home.

Bash responded quickly to my emergency call (furnace stopped working, no heat!) on a Friday night and sent a technician to me the following morning. Ben was excellent, fixed the problem and was extremely courteous and on time.

Bash H & AC Inc is responsive and punctual. I put my problem and contact info into their website this morning (12-15-25) and their office staff called me within the hour. They scheduled me around lunchtime and the system notified me when their tech (Dennis) was on the way. After explaining the problem (pilot has been going out more frequently), Dennis went to work and cleaned out the thermocouple rod and tested everything functional. He said to call right away if the problem started recurring (no charge for call-backs, just for new parts). I’m very happy with this experience and the pricing. I would hire them again.
