⭐☆☆☆☆ We purchased a laser machine from Bachan Industry and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The fabrication quality is poor, there was no proper training or manuals provided, and we are still struggling to run the machine effectively. After-sales service is almost non-existent — no proper support or guidance when we needed it the most. We feel it was a mistake purchasing from them, and would strongly advise other industries and businesses to think twice before buying. A machine is not just about sales, it requires proper service, training, and customer support — unfortunately, Bachan Industry has failed in all these areas. I hope the owner reads this and understands the level of product and service they are delivering.
