I called then asked to speak to someone about purchasing a Refrigerator and all new appliances, the person who took the call told me no one can answer which brand is easiest to service, they talked down about the questions I asked and had the nerve to say “do you know who you are calling?”. They were condescending then they wrapped up the conversation out of frustration. I won’t do business with Aztec Appliance. I called Premier Appliance Store right after and they answered every question I had in less than 3 minutes. Premier Appliance Store mentioned GE and Zline are the easiest to get parts for and are easy to work on for their technicians.
Suzy was amazing. She was super helpful and friendly, and just made the whole process easy. They have good options and a whole warehouse of discounted appliances too. Everyone there seems to know their stuff.
Rudy was super helpful. Gave me the best prices. And explained all details for the warranty on my purchases.
