Very helpful, large selection of electrical supplies. 2nd visit, I needed a power box time delay fuse & they had it. Again, they were very helpful & courteous. They made sure it was the right part also. I drive from Arizona. From now on, I will ck with them first for all my needs. Thanks, Armored Electric.

I called Armored because I needed a new panel and an upgrade to my service. First off, they charge $200 just to come out and do an estimate. We were surprized as we'd never heard of this, but since we hadn't heard from other electricians that we had called, we paid it. The owner of the company met me at the house, looked at the breaker box and the service coming into the house. He was there for 20 minutes total and I gave him the check. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard from them, nor had I gotten an estimate (though they had cashed the check the day after I wrote it.). When I called the front desk to inquire about the missing quote, the lady put me on hold then came back on to tell me they were still working it up and I would have it by that evening. The following day, when the quote didn't appear in my email or by snail mail, I went by the office and requested a refund. The lady I spoke with said that it had been mailed out the day before (yet here we are, 5 days later, and it still hasn't come in the mail) but that she would be happy to print me a copy. $23,000 was the quote. In the two weeks that had passed, we got another quote of $6,000. Do what you want, but I would seriously reconsider giving business to this company.

I have not needed services from Armored Electric but I did make a pizza delivery to them. The personal working on New Years Eve were some of the nicest people I have delivered to. I can only imagine that they are this friendly in ther service. They really were a blessing aside from the delivery. They randomly asked me if I had a little boy in my family and immediately I thought of my nephew (who is non-verbal), they asked how old he was and I obliged and gave him his age. They presented me with a wrapped gift. It filled me with joy and I only hope and pray that God blesses this establishment. If I ever need electrical services, I will be sure to turn to them. Thank you for being a blessing on a crazy busy New Year's eve day.

They never got back to me, even after several calls. The lady that answers the phone was down right rude and acted like we couldn't afford their service, which we could!! As a retired electrical contractor from another state I would fire her for impeding potential business. My experience was God awful because of her!!!
