I had a great experience with Sam and his family! They really did me a favor by providing me with a free consult, plus diagnostics. After determining that my computer was "dead dead" they gave me lots of informed options. I ended up buying one of their lightly used M4 2025 MacBook Air. So far I love it! I read the yelp reviews and was impressed by the positivity of them. I spilled liquid on my computer and it could not be repaired, but I worked with Sam and his son so I could get a new one. They are friendly, smart, courteous, efficient, and they clearly know what they are doing. They helped me get back up and running on another machine. Had the pleasure of meeting Sam the day after Christmas! I routinely travel between Charlotte and Myrtle Beach for work. For my occupation I use an iMac. Somehow I had managed to bring my mouse and keyboard, but totally forgot my iMac. I had projects due so searched the internet for used iMacs. AppleCore solutions popped up in the search. I texted the number with low expectations, being the day after Christmas, but was hopeful. Within 30 minutes Sam texted me back and said he was having lunch with his son, but he was able to meet me afterwards.Long story short, I purchased an used iMac from Sam which runs better than my primary iMac, and I hope to bring my primary iMac to him to upgrade.
