Another Chance Reconditioned Appliance

I purchased a washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and a dishwasher for a great price. Kris was able to hold our appliances for a little over a month because we were working on our current property and could not move the appliances in at that time. I had them deliver and install everything except for the dishwasher because they stated they do not install dishwashers. I was given a delivery time of 9-11am, they arrived at 10:50 and they finished around 12:30. I installed the dishwasher myself and when I ran a test cycle the water pressure pushed the door open and spilled water over the floor. I contacted Kris about this issue and didn't receive a solution until a week later. It was a holiday weekend so I understand and I believe he had some personal issues to tend to. When I spoke to Kris after a week we agreed that I would send him a picture and he would see if the part was able to be ordered. I sent pictures and NO RESPONSE after a week. I had enough of not having a dishwasher so I asked for a refund. Kris agreed to have cash at his store so that I could come get it. When I arrived, there was no cash and the nice lady asked if cashapp was acceptable, it was, but i drove out of my way for nothing. Overall, the appliances I purchased have been great so far, but as business owner I think some actions could have been taken to make my experience better.

Kris was very professional and easy to communicate with. Got my old washer and dryer out no complaint or issue despite them being in a bad spot and got the new ones in no time. Not to mention they are refurbished but look and run brand new! Highly recommend for appliances!!

Didn't know this place existed. I passed it everyday. Needed a dryer so I looked online and saw how close they were to my residence. The lady in the office was nice and helpful. Kris the owner came to the house uninstalled the old dryer and installed the new one. I recommend you give them a try. The prices are reasonable.
