Billy was very helpful and knowledgeable! He answered all my tech questions and guided me through the pc's upgraded system. My pc was in and out the same day, and a few days before Christmas at that!
Amarillo Laptop Repair was quick and extremely affordable. Billy is very knowledgeable with laptop repairs. He explained the problem with my laptop and had it back to me the following day working better than ever.
I was travelling with my laptop and didn't pack well, and ended up with a laptop full of body wash. He told me he could've charged me upwards of $200 to take apart and clean everything out, but instead he walked me step by step how to do it myself at home! It worked BEAUTIFULLY. two years later my laptop still runs like it's brand new. He saved my wallet AND my sanity! 10/10 recommend to anyone needing repair or insight.
Edit: the un complex process of taking 6 screws loose popping off the bottom. Taking 5 more out to remove battery was explained. Unplug the battery and do process in reverse. Was out of town and got this business to support onsite lady. the price went from 50 to 100 when our lady picked it up. Consumers take this into consideration when dropping items off with this business. We won’t be using him again good luck to future consumers. Make sure that you get a price before. I called him to swap a battery and i provided the battery. He quoted me a price over the phone for $50, and when he got the laptop completed the price had doubled to 100. This is 10 minutes worth of work and about 10 screws if your going slow. He does seem to do good work but less than honest
