The team at Alliance was very responsive and professional from the assessment to the completion of the work. Crews on site were always courteous and professional. If your dealing with a disaster and don't know where to begin start with them. They have an extensive partner network for other services we needed outside their scope. The entire recovery process felt like it was on auto pilot after we connected with them. Highly recommend!

Alliance Restoration has such amazing demolition and re-build teams! I had a kitchen sink leak and had no idea how to navigate the necessary repairs and coordinate insurance coverage. I was referred to Alliance through a neighbor who highly recommended them. Alliance's Joey Kenny arrived at my house within an hour of my call. He assesed the damages, provided guidance to me on how to report the water damage to my insurance company, and then he took complete control with the demolition process and the necessary documentation required by my insurance company. His demolition team (Don and Matt) were amazing! They were very responsive, qualified and respectful of me and my property. Once the demolition phase was completed there was a 45 day delay before the re-build team stepped in. I was told that sometimes the insurance company takes that long to evaluate the rebuild estimate. However, once Kevin Torres of Alliance received estimate approvals, he and his team (Mark & Steve) quickly, professionaly and respectfully rebuilt and installed the kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink and floor. I am very happy with the result! Thank you Alliance for giving me back my home in much better shape than it was before the leak! Becareful of this place. Do not use them. Coming to the home saying they came here serval time. The two people that was on the project/work case got fired apparently and paying my father off to the little things to be quiet. Please be careful of this place. trying to go through my things and takes a year to sort several years of stuff we've live here. Things were taken and never returned. I do not recommend Alliance restoration. If you want your things stolen. Be my honor.

Disaster, my family had mold in 2 floors of my home, we called them they came within 24 hours and they were amazing. we had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry who handled the mole removal and Rob who handled the reconstruction of our home and Laurie who help with our claim. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. What they started with to what we ended with was amazing. We wish we took before and after pictures. I would highly recommend this company. I need to praise Mike Deffely for running such a caring and well efficient company. Our amazing new kitchen. Thank you Alliance!
