I had a fantastic experience with All Valley Car Care at McQueen and Guadalupe. My transmission was slowly going out, and after visiting another shop first, I decided to get a second opinion - and I’m so glad I did. After leaving the other shop, I searched for a reputable place that handled transmission repairs and found All Valley, which was close to home and already had great reviews. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Chris, my main point of contact, was friendly, communicative, dependable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process, sending text updates with pictures and clear explanations of what was in good shape, what needed immediate attention, and what could wait. He patiently walked me through every step and answered all my questions without hesitation. When I arrived to pick up the car, I could hear him on the phone and he was just as wonderful to that person as he was with me. Consistency! Josh, my technician, did an excellent job on the repairs. My main issue was the transmission, which they replaced, and they also completed several additional services - an engine oil pan leak repair, rear main seal replacement, brake fluid flush, and battery replacement/install. The car now drives beautifully, and I feel completely confident on the road again. I drive a 2020 Dodge Journey. To top it off, I saved nearly one-third compared to the first shop’s quote. All Valley Car Care has earned my full trust and they’re now my go-to shop for all future needs. 10/10 recommend!

Dont recommend. I had two cars serviced here both for ac repairs. One of them the ac repair was done well although it still sometimes struggles to blow cold air. The repair man was very communicative, however pressured us to finance another unnecessary repair alongside the ac. The other car's as turned out fine, however during the repair one of the engine mounts was damaged and they refused to fix it or even acknowledge that there was an issue. Had to have another shop fix it for us. The owner of the shop is kind but a little slimey. Go somewhere more reliable.

Chris at All Valley Car Care was outstanding from start to finish. He helped me source the correct parts for my truck, offered thoughtful recommendations, and priced everything fairly and transparently. Both over the phone and in person, he emphasized that their top priority is customer care and doing the job right and they absolutely live up to that. He managed to squeeze me in at the last minute right before Christmas, when no other shop was available, and completed what should have been a full-day job in about four hours without cutting corners. The team is attentive, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’m extremely picky about who works on my truck and usually do most of the work myself because I care deeply about quality and effort. I can confidently say they go above and beyond in workmanship. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back to them for future work and highly recommend them to anyone who values honesty, skill, and exceptional service.
