All N One Pest Eliminators

I have been a customer of All In One Pest based in Antioch since 2022. We have our monthly maintenance and last year had raccoons. The company took care of the raccoon issue. In December 2025 our heating and air company did their six month inspection and found a mice colony in our attic. I of course called my trusted pest company , All in One in December to come out and rid us of the mice. We entered into a contract whereby, we paid them $1,160.00 to take care of the rodent. They initially came out and said they had sealed all holes in the roof and attic on the first visit. Then each week a new tech person came out and indicated that it was clear in the attic. The final tech came on 1/23 and pronounced that the mice had not been trapped and the attic appeared clean. Little did they know that I had two separate pest inspections done by two separate companies. They found disgusting evidence that not only were the mice still there they were multiplying! It is terrible to look at pictures of your house with the disgusting photos of mice trails, poop from the mice and even the raccoon droppings from last year. I am not providing photos on this site, since they are terrible to look at. I did send the pictures to All In One when I sent an email to the company asking for a call back from a manager on 1/25 and have not heard from anyone. I also, asked for a copy of the technicians report because I received a duplicate copies of their work that was not clear. No response. I asked that they come out and fill the hole on the exhaust pipe you see below. If you look you can see hole that is still open on my roof where the mice are still getting into the attic. I have contacted another pest company to eradicate the issues. I know this message was long, but please think about using this company. It can be costly if the heating and air guy had not told us, the rodents could have stated eating at our furnace and air conditioning wires! Plus we are out of the $1,160. It is now a major project removing the waste and putting in new insulation!

We've been happy with All N One pest service so far - we've been using them for less than a year. They did a thorough job of figuring out where rodents were getting into the house, sealing up the openings, and checking the traps - after a month the traps are still clear of rodents. Michael did a great job today checking the traps, checking for gophers and moles outside and clearing all the spider webs off the house and our fence. Great service.

This company is not what it used to be. They used to be really responsive and their services were really good. Now it’s just all around not great. We have ants in the house and they can’t get anyone out until next week for an in-between service. Who lives with ants untreated for a whole week, and the treatment takes two weeks for them to be gone, just not great. The service techs keep changing. We hired this company so we wouldn’t have to continue dealing with ant issues but it’s just a constant problem, they’re not doing a good job and they don’t know how to properly address the issue. Every time I tell the tech that I need them to treat the ants because they always end up inside, they respond with stupid stuff like “yeah, your flowers are the problem, they like these flowers. Or it’s hot, the weather makes them get in the house. You just have a lot of ants in your area.” That’s why I’m paying you, so they don’t get in the house, that’s supposed to be your job, to keep them out. I’m cancelling my service and hiring someone else. Do yourself a favor and find a better company, these guys really suck.

I am not yet a customer but I had a great experience with Francisco last week. He was very professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the pest control treatments for my home, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process and options available. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was nothing felt rushed or pushy. I’m strongly considering moving forward with this company for my pest control needs
