Aire Serv of Southside

Our technician was Michael. This is a second visit this year. The first one was on a blistering hot day (SUNDAY!), when our COOLING stopped working! The house was a sauna. Lo and behold, who is driving right in front of our house - the AIRE SERV vaN... Let me just say, that was a God sent!! I He had to do a U-turn to come and help us. The issue was quickly identified ( the condensation pump was dead), new part ordered and scheduled to be replaced the next day! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable - what more can you ask for! This second visit was related to the HEATING system. It was an absolute pleasure to have him service the HVAC units, in preparation for the winter season. Since we had to ask for him by name, we had to wait for 4-5d, during which time we didn't run the heating system, because it smelled strange to me when I started it a week earlier. He identified the problem with the unit on the first floor and quickly resolved the issue. A new part had to be retrieved and installed, which he did in the same visit. The second floor unit got some TLC as well, and after a tune-up and an EZ trap the unit is good to go. I was very happy, because the house was 59 F... Needless to say, we are very impressed by his professional demeanor and his knowledge. We signed up for the maintenance plan offered by his company! We couldn't have picked a better technician and a company to service the Hvac systems in our house, which is going to be a rental property - our renters are in great hands. Thank you, Michael! I am so pleased how they have assisted my elderly Mom with fixing her air conditioner. As we are still waiting for a part they have done everything successfully to keep her cool through this heat wave. This is my mom and I needed the very best for her. Aire Serv is a professional business, from setting up my appointment to the technician that came to our house to do maintenance on our A/C. They made a great impression and I will recommend them to others needing their services.

Deshawn came out to replace a capacitor on the unit and took the time to explain the components and some best practices to help our unit run during hotter days. He was caring and kind, polite and made some great recommendations! We have two kids, one under 1 and he spoke about having kids of his own and knowing how it can be uncomfortable to get a good night sleep when it’s hot inside so he stayed to make sure the temp was coming down and blowing cool once the unit was back up and running.
