Joe came to give an estimate, we ordered a day later and the doors arrived on time. The installation was perfect, including a unique area that he told us we needed to address in order to accommodate the opener we wanted. Joe then came back after that issue was resolved and effortlessly finished the install. He was immaculate with his work, took all of the debris and garbage, checked in to make sure we were happy after the fact and answered all of our questions throughout the process. I was very impressed with Joe from Affordable Garage Doors. He came out to my house twice to address the issues and replace parts on my heavy wood garage door, which was original to the house. I'm thinking it's about 68 yrs old! When I called Joe the third time because the door wouldn't budge at all, the writing was on the wall to replace the door. With snow approaching and some health issues I have, I needed to park in the garage before the new door arrived so he replaced the spring as a temporary fix. The door arrived ahead of schedule and he immediately came out to install it. He was very professional and I would recommend him to my family and friends in a heartbeat. Thanks Joe!
