Nate ) Ackerman) was very responsive and helpful when our heater quit on a Sunday evening, 29 degrees outside. Though it was an "emergency" cost, he came over personally to diagnose and repair the faulty part. Very professional, courteous, and apologized for the issue, though they didn't cause it. Very informative with my husband, and I. He had to come back the next day for another issue, & had to order a part, which arrived the following day. They were overloaded with calls, but he came back once again personally, & we were good to go, thankfully. He was again, very professional, courteous and efficient, apologizing again for the emergency cost & the issue, which was not due to them. I highly recommend Nate & Ackerman P&H. They seem very well set up, well-supplied with parts, & they will be our go-to guys in the future. Thank you again for such prompt responses during a difficult time/weather. I wish there was some financial break for seniors/disabled, especially with the emergency cost, but that's secondary.

New to town, and have used Ackerman a few times so far. Can't say enough good things about the team. Everyone that has been on site to diagnose and dissect the system that was installed on this home we bought has been spectacular, both HVAC and Plumbing side. The remote help via phone has been superb, and has helped us really understand what is going on with this system, which is going to save us an exceptional amount of money in utility bills.

This company is amazing. They are kind, courteous, timely and professional. Our pipes froze in the home we had just bought, and when we woke up early in the a.m., we had no water. Ackerman returned our message promptly, and got someone out and in a short period of time, too. All tradesmen, especially plumbers, seem to run a pretty tight schedule, so this was a Godsend to have someone out the same day, let alone the same morning. Jeff and his apprentice came out, assessed and fixed the problem quickly, answered questions, gave us some helpful tips, and were just all-around courteous, hard-working professional guys. Immediately got the impression that Jeff knows his stuff, and could handle whatever the situation called for. I believe that they were very reasonably priced as well. Couldn't ask for a better outcome to a stressful situation!

Since 2010, Ackerman has been providing their services to our lake home. From new installations when we purchased the lake home to maintenance, and any issues that come up, my faith and trust are in this company. Nate & Greg are amazing people and always figure out how to work me into the schedule as soon as possible. They are honest and transparent. I can't say enough how great Ackerman Plumbing & Heating has been to work with. We bought a 3 head mini - split for the lake place and while working through a couple of bugs in the system, the Ackerman team has been phenomenal. Once of the best contractors in any trade I have ever worked with. You have a client for life with us. I would recommend these guys 1000% for any Plumbing, Heating, HVAC needs you have.
