Absolute Roofing

Getting a new roof is messy but Absolute Roofing took great care of us after our hail damage. Brandon was professional and answered all of our questions. The start time on the job was quick, color recommendation was perfect and our crew got us dried in and finished in a day and a half. We highly recommend this company.

Big shout out to Colt, who assessed our roof and gave us the repair estimate, and Oscar, who performed the repair, at Absolute Roofing for doing a fantastic job repairing a roofing issue we had around one of our dormers. They are super professional and knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain the cause of our issue and how it needed to be fixed. They also went above and beyond in seeking out replacement shingles for that problem spot since our original shingles had been discontinued for a while. Oscar also explained everything he was doing and, after he was done with the repair, showed me pictures he took of the problem spot. The icing on the cake is that they are also very fair and reasonable price-wise for the work they do (a seeming rarity these days), and it is clear that they are not out to "soak" (no pun intended!) the customer for unnecessary work. Bonus is that they also back their work with a warranty. Thank you, Absolute Roofing! You guys are the best!

Team did a great job. Everyone was kind, respectful, and clean. Unfortunately there were a ton of insurance problems, nothing that could be helped on our end. Even with that it was the best possible experience that I could have had, given the circumstances. I appreciate the professionalism and how whenever there was a problem it got immediately addressed even at the inconvenience of the owner. Who was amazing through the whole process.

*Long review coming--PLEASE read this review before opting for any services!!! Absolute roofing guarantees an absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Our original request was to fix a few shingles that blew off from the bad storms back in March. Their "fix" turned into a roof leak, that caused ceiling damage in the hallway. (The leak literally happened right where the shingles fell off and were"put back on") Not to mention it took them like 2 months to get back to "fix" the leak, and that was only after we called to see where we were at in the queue. Yeah, they don't do specific service dates, you get put in a queue and hope for the best. $275 and they told us to just paint over the water stain. Unfortunately, due to literal plants growing in the gutters and the heavy rain forecast ahead, we opted for their gutter cleaning services which took about 2 weeks for them to come do in addition. Today they cleared out SOME of the gutters, not all of them, AND they just threw all the debris in our yard! I literally could've done a better job myself for $75. I will also put that I did call and was transferred directly to the owner, who was very understanding and did in fact give a refund for the gutter cleaning. However, not without letting me know that the reason they didn't clean the sunroom gutters was because usually sunroom ceilings are awnings and they thought the debris was just "on the roof" not actually in gutters--or something like that. We did overlook the fact that in the contract, it states that they will just throw the debris in the yard, which they also let us know that $75 gutter cleaning is actually cheap. So I guess it was our fault for skimming over the contract and assuming that part of the gutter cleaning service would be to remove the debris from the property, not just from the gutters. All in all, we got a refund for some of it so there's nothing else to do except warn others about the mediocre gutter cleaning services and roof repair. I've included photos for the skeptics.
