I am posting this on behalf of an elderly person who is limited in her mobility and is thus highly dependent on the Net for her daily needs and social interaction. She recently acquired a new PC-to replace a ten-year old one, and asked me to please find some help for her to install it in her home. A2Z responded promptly to our request and, in just a brief visit to her home, the technician (Ari G.) configured her computer, connected it to the Internet, restored a lapsed email account, installed an anti virus program and several apps and shortcuts that she used regularly on her old computer. The next day, she told me thankfully that Ari completed all of these tasks successfully, that he was proficient, very kind and patient, that he explained what he was doing, and clear in his instructions in what she could safely do and not do with her new PC. She is very thankful and would recommend A2Z and Ari highly to anyone needing help of any kind with their computer.

Ari was thorough in diagnosing problems with my wife's laptop. He is great to work with and not only improved the laptop's speed but also provided helpful tips to improve out entire household network that are working great! I highly recommend Ari if you need help with your computers or network.

Ari was wonderful! He paid attention to how I wanted my computer to be set up and gave me very good advice. He also taught me what some of the icons and symbols mean. (I am a little old lady who is not tech savvy!) He was here for 1 hour 45 minutes but only charged me for 1 hour 30 minutes.
