A Team Computers

I recently contacted A Team for help with my Dad's computer. Since I live over 6 hours away, I needed someone local that could help. Larry responded the same day, told me what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix it. He got the computer back up and running and returned it the next day. One of the best experiences that I have had dealing with any company -- excellent technical expertise and superior customer service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone.

He helped me out and gave me a super fair price compared to anywhere else in town. He also fixed a couple extra minor problems I had mentioned when dropping off my computer for a memory upgrade. I will be going here for all my computer repairs and upgrades in the future.

I brought my Macbook Pro to this shop because it wouldn't turn on. I was told I would not be charged if they could not get it working. Once they could not get it to work they convinced me to allow them to ship it to a computer lab for detailed repair, which I would be responsible to cover shipping costs. During this time (over 5 weeks) I had to continuously contact them for updates on my computer. Mind you, I brought my computer in to this shop on October 24 and did not get it back until December 7th, which it was deemed "beyond repair". Then I was charged $140, which I also had to request a receipt for. The receipt included a $65 service fee. Overall I'm completely unsatisfied with this service. Bad communication, slow service, overpriced, and didn't fix my problem.
