Joe, the owner, went above and beyond to assist me, an older person who is somewhat uncomfortable setting up a new phone. He is knowledgeable about various phones, features and assist you in determining what is best for your situation. He followed up on a timely basis and provided excellent customer service. Support this business!!!

I have gone to 802 mobile more times than I can count and I'm always treated well. It's run great and the owner really knows what he's doing.

Walk ins welcome Very helpful. Purchased a new phone with screen protector and glad I did. After a hike, I left my phone on the tire while loading up. Forgot and drove away. Retrieved the phone expecteding a shattered phone. Not the case! Ran over it with my highlander and perfect condition-- wiped off the tire marks and cleaned the camera lens and all set! Amazing!

Joe is awesome at his craft, very knowledgeable and helpful in filling you in with everything specific to your device, as well as recommended ways to go about furthering its improved functionality Not to mention, his family and friends’ amazing soup shop next door during the colder months, while converting to an ice cream parlor during the warmer months. Both, are highly recommended for either resource

I almost hate to give 802 Mobile a favorable review because then everyone will be in on the secret! I think I connected with 802 Mobile because I had some sort of cell phone “crisis” and didn’t feel like driving all the way to Burlington just to be given a slip of paper with a number or web address to contact customer service. pfft. That big name obviously doesn’t know what customer service is. But Joe at 802 Mobile does!! He is very knowledgeable about different cell phone makes, models, and accessories. He has helped each member of our family with phones (new & refurbished), repaired what we were convinced were irreparable, supplied us with appropriate cases and charger cords when we were in need. He also gave us helpful advice when we needed to change our cellular carrier. His shop is truly a hidden gem; small & tucked away in Stowe. You can walk in but I’d recommend calling ahead. 802 Mobile gets busy because Joes gets the job done
