What PartsDue does for a repair shop
Online booking
Customers pick the appliance and the problem, add the model number and choose an arrival window. A ZIP check keeps bookings in your area.
Parts on order
Every part from needed to installed. When a supplier moves a date, the customer gets an email with the new one.
A page for every customer
No password. What happens next, their parts and dates, the estimate to approve and the invoice to pay.
Estimates and payments
Up to three options, a signature and a parts deposit by card, paid into your own Stripe account.
Technicians and warranty
A phone view for every technician, and warranty claims with deadlines and amounts owed.
QuickBooks and reviews
Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online, and customers get a Google review request after the repair.

Common questions
How do I use the WMUSER code?
You don’t need to type it. Every button on this page already includes WMUSER, and the checkout on partsdue.com shows the 10% off before you pay. You can also enter it on the payment page.
Do I need a WordPress website?
Yes, WordPress 6.2 or newer. If your website is built another way, WordPress can run on a sub-address such as repairs.yourshop.com and your main site stays as it is.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once. Updates after the first year are optional at $99 a year, and PartsDue keeps working if you skip them.
Who sells and supports PartsDue?
PartsDue is a WiserMap partner. You buy it on partsdue.com, which handles the license, downloads, updates and support at hello@partsdue.com.
