They really need to improve the service on priority basis. We reached at 9am and ordered breakfast (European sunrise and Chicken Tacos) and it was served almost after 40 mins. On top of that the coffee was served too late(after the breakfast) that we had to take it away. The taste was just the average. Only the ambiance was appealing.

Lack of good air conditioning! We came here on eid ul fitr 2025. All food items were great! We ordered their açaí bowl, pasta, pizza, and omelette/pancake breakfast. Id definitely order their pizza again. Tastiest potato wings in the breakfast plate. The ambiance is lovely for breakfast, brunch, and lunch (for clicking pictures as well). I regret not trying their drinks as ive heard they’re amazing, so next time hopefully!

Visited Benediction in Gulberg – the pancakes were really good, fluffy and tasty. Coffee wasn’t up to the mark. Ambiance is okay but the interior feels a bit old and could use some improvement. Staff was friendly. Overall, a decent spot for breakfast or brunch, but coffee and décor need attention.

Ordered chefs special stuffed breast with strawberry daiquiri. Drinks arrived in 10mins and food arrived after like 40 mins. Food was good taste wise n presentation wise but it waZ cold. I had already finished my drink when my food was served. Service was way too slow.

Visited Benediction for the first time and absolutely loved the experience! We tried the Shaved Beef Sandwich, Tuscan Chicken Panini, and Truffle Mushroom Beef Sandwich – each one was packed with flavor, served with crispy fries and delicious dips. The bread was fresh, the fillings were generous, and everything came together beautifully. The service was excellent too – friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The overall vibe of Benediction reminded me of Test Kitchen in Karachi – chic, vibrant, and a great spot for comfort food with a gourmet twist. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone looking to enjoy quality sandwiches and many other things in a cozy setting.
