This is a very good property by Mr Adnan. It is at best location and great view. And specifically very very good service by Mr Mudasir. He is very attentive and also present all the time. He will took care of us like his own family member. Also the Chef Mr Arif cooks good food. With them Mr Sahil is also present to make sure everything is going right. Thank you Akbar group for such a lovely stay. I would highly recommend everyone for this place.

I arrived at this houseboat to catch up with a group of relatives who had arrived the day before. The staff were polite, warm and quickly prepared me a delicious, home-cooked lunch. The houseboat is situated in a very scenic location. Imraan, Arif and Sahil and others took great care, providing a comfortable and warm experience. Explore the back of the property which is very pretty and see Alex and Jack if you're a dog lover.

This was a special trip for my septugenarian parents to Kashmir. The last treat was a stay in the houseboat at Nigeen lake. We chose Akbar group of heritage houseboats. Lovely place, beautiful interiors, good service by Mudasir bhai and his assistant sahil. Chef Arif bhai cooked homely kashmiri fare for us and Mudasir bhai took care of our requirements like family. It was a fabulous experience to watch acquatic life at such close quarters! Thanks to Adnan bhai, the owner too, who personally received us and bade us good bye too. I will always recommend them to my friends.

I had the opportunity to stay here for only one night but I wish I had more time. This houseboat is situated in the Nagim Lake. If you are looking for a more peaceful or quiet place then this can be your go to option. The hospitality is great by the manager, Kamran. The houseboat is more or less 85 years old and very beautifully decorated with various antique pieces. The place is well maintained too. It has 3 cabins along with a shared living room and dining room and a balcony. We were 3 adults, and were given a room with one double bed and a single bed. There is a cosy dine-in area just outside the houseboat.

Excellent property with homely food. Owner Mr Adnan is very helpful and a true human. Care takers Shail and Imran and chef Arif, Helper Aqib are also supportive and provided good services. Recommending to all who are travelling to Kashmir..
