University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore

UET is the oldest engineering university of Pakistan. Its foundations were laid in 1921. Till date, the university stands as one of the best, the most prestigious educational institutions of Pakistan. The University is huge in area and has a large number of departments, teaching almost all the major disciplines of engineering. The university also has hostels for out of city students and canteens and grounds and a stadium, to mention a few.

They don't refund the fees after cancelling the admissions there service is a scam . It's been week I visit them daily from lda avenue it's 33km away and they always send me back without any hope

It is a government high ranked university specially for engineering programs. There are many campuses of UET in Pakistan.

UET is one of the best Engineering Universities of Pakistan. I spent 4 years of my life there. Loved it.

It's a good university, but you have to ask which department is where and which direction to go. There are no signboards or anything for directions. In addition, safety and fire procedure signs are posted inside the lab. But it is not stated anywhere where the assembly points are. Besides, there is no fire extinguisher. Security is high, but it's not the same as no security.
