trax logistics are providing 3rd class service. if u book anything with trax, be sure that it will not reach destination in time and their riders will not take your phone and neither respond u. so please be careful before u book ur parcel with them

Such a low rated and pathetic service, even post fake deliver status without actually delivering parcel. Riders number provided by customer service center, don't pick the call ever the numbers are off. Everytime commits to deliver the parcel on that day and then linger it on.

Non professional and non serious worst courier service. In 8 days they are unable to deliver. Should avoid such non professional

The worst and the most pathetic service I have ever experienced for courier. I wish I could have option to rate this service in negative stars, I would have rated it in -5 stars because of following reasons Firstly they sent my courier to wrong city rather wrong province despite clearly mentioning during booking timing and twice even after booking through helpline, Secondly It never takes less than 10 minutes before you are able to talk representative of Customer care Center. It has been 8 days and they are unable to deliver a parcel at the distance of merely 300 kilometers.

Very bad courier service. Non cooperative staff. Non professional. Don't use Trax service.
