I visited about half an hour before now today to inquire about some information, the staff is well behaved and very very friendly.I was really impressed.

Worst dealership ever, went for maintenance of my car supervisor asked to wait for 1 hour, after waiting he said staff is not available(He didnt know himself where the heck staff was). The primarily reason to take clients casually is priority of these untrained punks.

Today Again, The CRO female called me to remind about oil changed, she is totally unprofessional and no one given him education that how to talk and how to control customer queries. The pothetic and worst ever experience with this dealership. I believe their owner sand all staff are same. Don’t know why Toyota assign them dealership in Sargodha. The poorest service response from staff and management. There ais just 1 car and 3 persons in round 15 minutes, told me that mechanic is coming to check vehicle.

Very Poor From Desk Services. Lack of empathy & customer friendly communication. Miscommitments.
