Had my order to be booked but they failed to deliver and not even picking up calls

what a bakwas service especially in terms of PSL ticketing, untrained and non responsive staff. Took 30 minutes for one person's ticket, TCS! You should give up ticketing for psl or introduce an automatic scanning nd print machine dor thickets, where customer may scan their code and get prints of tickets or otherwise 50% crowd will see the match in your office, so you should install large screens over here. I am writing this in response of your answer, your response has no logic in it, whats our protection in it, you have taken responsibility then you should have capacity to manage, it took almost 30 minutes for one person's ticketing. Then how you suppose that you can manage 20-30 thousand tickets daily??? You should have separate counters for online purchased tickets and separate for walk in customer, staff also needs training, CNIC may be scanned rather punching there numbers manually... The arrogance in your words may lead you towards fall.

This is a 3rd class service the mentality of TCS workers is the same like a government Post Office non coppretaive and disscusting disoppointment only Poorest servise ever

Its not 1 star, its z ero star. But can't give it. Why gave you written the phone numbers when nobody have to pick them. Not in the local offices, neither in the main office. And 1 No. added to call in reply to one customer's complaint, even that is not being picked up. Disappointed.
