However, the dining experience is unfortunately let down by the poor customer service.The staff's arrogance creates an unwelcoming atmosphere, detracting from the overall enjoyment. The timing of drink service was also a significant issue, as they were served at the end of the meal despite repeated requests, disrupting the flow of the dining experience. Additionally, the limited availability of menu items was disappointing, restricting choices and not meeting expectations. In conclusion, while Sachi excels in food quality, improvements in staff attitude, service efficiency, and menu availability are essential to elevate the restaurant to its full potential and provide a seamless dining experience.

Food quality is fantastic. Bit expensive but if you have special Guests OR you can afford then must visit there. I ordered 4,5 dishes and every dish has very good taste. And it was fresh as well....

I went to this restaurant for the first time, all by myself, just to spend some time on my own, and honestly, I had a brilliant time. I ordered dynamite shrimps and a T-bone steak. My experience was absolutely fantastic, and the steak was exactly how I wanted it. Overall, I’d give it a solid 9.5 out of 10.
