Ricco's Cafe (Gujrat)

I have ordered newyorker pizza and it's taste worst 🤢. Pizza look like smolei and they used very low quality chesse. Total waste of money. Never recommend.

I recommend Chicken Parmigiana. Ambience is very nice, spacious, comfortable and bright. Very nice place for a city like Gujrat. Prices are also reasonable. Here are my some recommendations: there is lack of dishes variety. I would like them to add more dishes especially in drinks. They should add mint margaritas and other drinks. Also there is only one dessert option. They should add more. As the name suggests it is a cafe. I would expect a cafe to have tea and coffee too as drinks. Please also include tea and coffee in menu.

The food was awful, they sliced the zinger pieces and put some sauce on calling it dynamite chicken, the Turkish wrap was terrible, the chicken insite was stone hard and cold, their famously steak was so hard and there was a strange bitter aftertaste in chicken the burger bread was stale and the zinger pieces inside the burger was hard too, I complained 2 times (to 2 different waiters) but both the waiters literally walked away while listening to me. The didn’t give me any written bill, just told me verbally “your bill is 4020”! The food took about 1:15 hours to arrive after so many follow ups, the family space was so dirty that there were layers of dust on the chairs/sofas and ambience was terrible like horror movies.
