Very bad Service Whenever you visit they said internet not working. That The Hell

Worst experience ever at any government facility. Whole staff (from guards to officers) are involved in corruption. Without feeding their mouths you can't get your work done in a day. I went there at 8 am and got free at 4 pm, stood 8 hours in queues. Best way is to submit bank challan a day before visiting RPO. Staff behavior is so bad that they have been involved in beating the people (obviously couldn't capture that). Thing is the place gets so overcrowded that even they can't control that. And there is only one camera which works at a time. Place was a big mess!

One of the worst place with fail system. Went to their office as I made online payment for my passport, they just said they are not entertaining people with Online payments and they have no idea how much time it will take them. I went all the way to other city. It’s just made me cry. After two weeks when I got back to them they process it smoothly. If u are making it on time it will take 30 minutes for whole procedure. So I recommend bank fee transfer

System is updated.Now Whole Procedure taken hardly 45min. 1. Wait in Queue (20min) 2. Token creation(5 min) 3. biometric(5min) 4. Verification & Number(10min) 5. interview(5min) i went at 8:22am and free at 9:05am
