very expensive. I've been there 2 times and both very bad experiences! Once I went with friends and one dish they served without salt and the other had too much salt in it! 2nd was meeting with my spouse and in laws in the start and they espresso (coffee) in big mug which we just kept looking at. I felt so embarrassed to that little coffee in that huge mug!

Very disappointing experience at Nitro Express (near Wah Cantt POF Guest House). We ordered 3 coffees, but even after a long wait, our order was not served. When we complained at the reception, a staff member named Waleed behaved very rudely and even used abusive language. Instead of resolving the issue, he told us to “go complain to whoever you want.” This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone — they seriously need to improve their service and train their staff on how to deal with customers respectfully.

I was very disappointed with the food. It was overcooked and lacked flavor—definitely not up to expectations. The quality was poor, and overall the meal was quite pathetic. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Man, the whole experience — food and service — was a total letdown. We ordered pizza, and just by looking at it, I could tell the guy who made it probably used to bake naans before this. The taste? Straight-up sourdough style — not in a good way. We only picked this place over Chezious because it was closer, but honestly, that choice ended up costing us more. The furniture was so uncomfortable we had to shift tables three times before finding one that was kind of okay. Even then, I ended up with a proper backache — and it’s still bugging me. And if you’re sitting near the ACs, forget about it. They seem more interested in chilling the walls than the people. When we asked for dessert, they said they had four flavors. Guess what? None were actually available. End of the day, they’re charging as if it’s a fancy place, but the vibe and quality scream full-on dhaba.

While the food didn't quite hit the mark, the staff and atmosphere at this restaurant were top-notch! The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was really pleasant. Maybe they just need to tweak their recipes a bit? Either way, it's a great spot to hang out and the staff will make you feel welcome. 2/5 stars for food, but 5/5 for service and vibe!
