Never experienced such poor customer service. Dropped a vase by mistake that was placed on the ground in the corner. They demanded money for the vase. Such an expensive vase that wasn’t worth the price. It was plain white with zero design. You won’t even buy such a vase for that price anywhere. Never gonna buy anything from them or return there after that experience. Really poor treatment for just a mistake. Can’t even give them 0 rating.
