My parcel was handed over to M&P on 27/04/2021 from Lahore to Bahawalnagar, Minchinabad. CN no 74200 0082010 but yet not received at destination. There is no one to attend the call and answer Emails, according to my assessment very bad service.

Their delivery service wasn’t that good sometime ago. But now they’ve improved it a lot. They call you many times if you don’t receive your parcel and the riders are also very polite and patient. Parcels are handled with care indeed.
