They didn't deliver my parcel. It was not even COD. It was a paid parcel. The tracking showed undelivered due to wrong address. My address is old and all other courier services had no issue there. I tried their all numbers for complain. Nobody picked call. This is the worst courier service I ever came across. Totally not recommended. That was a Daraz Parcel. If anybody from your so-called customer care department is watching this review, just go on and slap your bloody face.

My address is old and all other courier services had no issue there. I tried their all numbers for complain. Nobody picked call. This is the worst courier service I ever came across. Totally not recommended.
