One of the worst after sales services There workshop department is absolutely zero! Tried and tested not only once but 4 times! First ever interaction in 2022 now its 2025 they haven’t improved 1% of there customer dealing and workshop! Earning hundred and thousand and can’t even afford a generator. Very poor Very disappointed Not recommended at all ! Whenever someone buys a car they look forward for good after sale services but at this particular showroom they just don’t care and all the staff in after sales services is just zero and full of attitude with zero skill set.

Booked my MG phev, 20% down payment on 25 February and remaining 77lac transferred in April and they said delivery will be in 1st week of May but still not delivered. Today received call regarding car delivery. During whole month of May i called multiple times to Mr Haris (representative)but he didn’t bothered to attend call and when i visited he told bs sir try h next week aa jaey gi. Totally disappointed. Never ever recommended

Do not purchase car from MG Lyallpur Motors. They are big cheaters especially Sales person MADAM RABIA and Manager SHAHBAZ are biggest liars. After receiving full payment they even dont bother to receive your phone calls or reply to your whats app messages. They received 233,708 rupees from me for MG SHIELD IMPERIAL insurance policy of TPL company but provided me a different policy from TPL namely PLATINUM DRIVE, which i could get from TPL directly in 177,000 rupees. I have confirmed it from TPL helpline and have all the documentary proofs to launch an FIR against these cheaters. I will also bring their dirty faces and fraudulent acts on media very soon. Secondly I will advise everyone to get confirmed delivery date from them in written not verbally. They gave me car delivery very late even after receiving full payment. MG showrooms in lahore were offering me guaranteed delivery in 15-20 days. I purchased from them just to avail later on maintenance services but they are not worth it. They use your money and get car from head office and after receiving your car sell to other customers who can pay ON MONEY in addition to car's invoice value to get immidiate delivery instead of waiting for months.

Fully satisfied with the service. Haris was cooperative and supportive throughout the process.
