the lady at reception she is very bad she never help so rude mangment needs to fire them if he want to see patience

Rudeness at his pick the girl in the reception I don’t know what she think of here self this feel like government hospital … but surprise it is private where you have to pay 1000 pkr for visit and yet they don’t have courtesy to talk with you nicely my suggestion find people who have experience in customer care and for patient go somewhere else you pay and feel unappreciated

pathetic behaviof the staff very rude neurologist doctor in the lower portion is so so rude and was busy in attending his guests totally ignoring the patient.. on call they asked to come doctor is available but when i went there they told doctor will check you hut after waiting for a while doctor cane and was making weird faces and not interested to check patients

Dr mujahid israr was a badly behavior person.. To much disappointed i am his patient for the last 7 months he only focus on money.. Today i visited for just ask to change medicine i am not feeling well. But he shouted on me like a animal that u don't know u are wasting my time.. So sad i never listen this language feom any doctor 😓
