I want to share my experience so others don’t face the same. I purchased a hearing aid from this center for Rs. 200,000. Within just 5 days, the device stopped working. When I returned to them for help, they first denied that the device was purchased from them. Only after I showed them the invoice did they accept it. Before buying, they clearly promised a 1-year warranty. But when the device failed, they completely denied offering any warranty and told me I would have to pay for repairs. Out of concern, I checked the same device’s price online and through international sources. To my shock, it was only Rs. 50,000. They had charged me four times more—without proper explanation or value. They misled me with false claims and fake assurances. The staff is non-technical, the guidance is incorrect, and there is no proper after-sale support. This is not medical service—it is exploitation in the name of healthcare. I genuinely feel they are taking advantage of innocent people who trust them. I no longer want this device. It failed, was overpriced, and came with false promises. I strongly request that they take it back and refund my money. People must be warned: Stay away from such non-professional and misleading providers. Don’t fall for false words—verify everything before you trust.
