Well trained staff. unfortunately I wanted my 8 hours of traveling due to incorrect information provided by call center. but the office staff was supportive.

Worst experience i have ever had I need bit extension in my ticket and i came to them 20+ days before my flight And they told me good amount of charges but when i do from other person it was free so its pakistan these things can’t change

Extremely poor service. Try your best to avoid unless koi majboori ho. Took payment and delayed ticket and visa for 4 days. Also stopped picking calls.
