One of the main certified Honda bike workshops in the city...well equipped and the staff is well trained....in contrast to other certified Honda workshops that I visited, their approach is always trying to minimize the customers' expenses....a huge thumbs up to them

Bad experience, no SOPs, unprofessional behavior. You don't know whom you have to talk. Workers doesn't listen to their supervisor. I don't recommend it at all. Please don't go there. Instead you should go at Sufi Autos. They are pro in this field.

poor behavior of salesman which is sitting on bike booking or counter of farid honda college road, he misbehave with customers and customer dealing is very poor

Not good as in past. No doubt its company operated shop bit mechanic are less experienced I visited thrice but they can't remove the fault even after paying huge charges.
