Cancelled the bus at a time when they know that passengers can't travel back at night due to 'kache ke dacu' and then charging them extra like 'pakke ke dacu' for another bus that leaves after 2 more hours is ridiculous. Buses are new, but it's pathetic experience to wait for a bus for 3 hours with small children.
