Very Disappointing Experience! Because of Alyan Manager Visited this restaurant recently, and honestly, the food was fine but the behavior of the manager, Alyan, completely ruined the experience. He was extremely rude, egoistic, and bossy — not just with customers but also with his own staff. The way he talked was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Someone with such an attitude should not be representing a hospitality business. Management seriously needs to take strict action — either give him proper training, demote him, or remove him. Such behavior drives customers away and creates a toxic environment for everyone. Please ensure your manager understands that good manners are as important as good food.

I ordered three kind of fast food in which burger and shawarma are too good 😊 But the wings are moderate, there delivery was on time also

their taste is better than the pizza hut. pizza is 8/10 paasta is 7/10 and overall atmosphere was 8/10

I ordered 2 Special Burgers and a Pizza Roll from Eat N Bites. Delivery was on time. But the burgers had too many onions, which was off-putting. The taste was good but not exceptional. The staff was rude, unprofessional and inconsistent with their language preference. When I asked to speak in Urdu, they insisted on English, but later switched to Urdu themselves. This inconsistency was frustrating. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. With better staff training and attention to customer preferences, they could improve. Overall, it was an average experience.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The management staff seemed poorly organized, and the person in charge of seating was unprofessional and unfriendly. The waiters had difficulty understanding our orders, which led to the wrong items being served, and they failed to acknowledge their mistakes. This was especially frustrating for me, considering I had been a customer for 4 to 5 years. During one visit, I ordered two pasta dishes that took nearly an hour to arrive, and there was no manager available to address these issues. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
