Product: Dawlance Refrigerator Model: 9166WBINVERTER GREEN Refrigerant Gas: R-600a (flammable) I am deeply disappointed with my Dawlance Refrigerator (Model: 9166WBINVERTER GREEN). Despite being kept in an air-conditioned room and appearing brand new, it developed a gas leak behind the frame. This caused the body to bloat and deform — posing a serious safety hazard. The use of R-600a refrigerant, a flammable gas, makes this failure even more alarming. After spending Rs. 65,000 on this product, I expected reliability and safety. Instead, the refrigerator became unusable in under three years, with no meaningful response or solution from the company. My older Dawlance refrigerator still functions perfectly, highlighting a decline in quality and durability in the newer inverter models. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand. I will never purchase Dawlance products again unless the company urgently addresses these critical quality control and safety issues.
