Broadway Pizza- Saddar

I visited Broadway last week. The atmosphere and service were both good — the staff were friendly and managed the place well. There is a bit of a space issue, but the staff handle it efficiently. However, the food itself was not very good, and if you are a true food lover, this will probably disappoint you.

A nice option for quick bite when in Saddar. Pizza we ordered was sufficient for two persons with thin crust and nothing sort of two much cheezy and outpour sauce. Service seemed to be concerned for the customers.

I had high expectations when ordering from Broadway Pizza in Islamabad, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. We ordered their so-called "Special Arabic Pizza," expecting something flavorful and unique. However, what we received was far from acceptable. The taste was absolutely third-class — the pizza was overloaded with sour and unpleasant flavors that made it nearly inedible. The combination of ingredients seemed mismatched, and nothing about the pizza felt fresh or balanced. Instead of a delicious fusion of Arabic spices and classic pizza elements, it tasted like a confused mess with no direction. The sauce was overwhelmingly tangy, the toppings lacked quality, and the crust was soggy and bland. It felt like no effort was put into crafting the flavor profile — it was just thrown together with little regard for customer satisfaction. For a brand that markets itself as premium, the food quality was shockingly poor. I regret wasting money on something that didn’t even come close to average, let alone special. Definitely not recommending Broadway Pizza in Islamabad to anyone, especially if you’re looking for good taste or value for money. A truly disappointing experience.
