What an unprofessional company representative! I have been asking about the rates for the past two days, and even shared the designs with them. But instead of responding properly, their representative had the audacity to say, ‘Why are you asking us when you’ve already taken rates from others?’ This is such an unprofessional and disappointing way to deal with customers. I expected better service, but their attitude shows a complete lack of respect and responsibility. Very poor customer handling experience!

Ordered printing & packaging material from them. Overall experience was good — card quality was awesome, ribbon was perfect, and stickers were nicely designed (though adhesive could be a bit stronger). The tag card was average, but still fine for use. They delivered on time and quality matched expectations. Recommended for anyone looking for professional printing stuff, just a little room for improvement in finishing details.
